Promising Hotel Growth and Regional Involvement in the Middle East
The Middle Eastern hotel industry continues to grow.

The Middle Eastern hotel industry continues to grow, for this, it is no surprise Tourico Holidays has experienced a 112 percent year-over-year growth in 2017. Outbound travel from this market continues to rise, as well. Additionally, the United States alone has seen an increase in hotel room stays in the Middle East by 12 percent year-over-year.

“Hotel room nights are up, key source markets such as China and the U.S. continue to increase their demand for the region, hotel cancellation rates are down 45 percent in 2017, and Middle Easterners are booking more hotel nights than ever,” said Ala Andriuta, the Product Director of the Middle East for Tourico Holidays.

In recent news, Tourico has relocated into a new office in Business Bay, Dubai, and has also partnered with a key supplier Address Hotels + Resorts, a luxury lifestyle brand in Dubai that is recognized worldwide.

New Push Service Available for Tourico Clients
Instantly sends individual updates to clients.

Tourico Holidays is now offering a new push service, which allows distribution clients to integrate into Tourico’s massive inventory of products and maintain up-to-date prices and availability. This new service gives partners the option of importing Tourico’s inventory – with this, creating a readily available offline database of products and services.

The push service instantly sends individual updates to clients. This technology allows clients to sell last minute inventory and reducing the total number of failed bookings.

“Companies selling travel no longer have to pull data for current inventory. The process is more efficient and will lead to more successful transactions and better profits for our clients,” said Lev Koutamonov, the Head of API Integration of Tourico Holidays.

The new push service will also provide clients with pre-calculated prices, which will reflect currency changes, promotion discounts, and other business factors. Additionally, information can be region focused, as a result, updates can be customized depending upon hotels and inventory in specific regions.
