Job Summary

Highly motivated individual with strong negotiation skills needed to contact our hotel suppliers via phone and email to ensure reservations are honored without any problems per the contracted agreement. Work with the supplier in a professional manner to secure suitable alternative for guests should original property not be able to accept reservation. Qualified candidate must have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills with a strong sense for detail.  Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.


  • Previous travel and/or hotel industry experience
  • Goal oriented with strong negotiation sense
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Portuguese highly preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends
