“Regional political turmoil, such as the nuclear crisis in the Korean Peninsula, make the inbound China market more unpredictable this year,” said Hillary Wang, the Regional Director of Product Development in North Asia for Tourico Holidays. However, the Chinese market remains strong. As a matter of fact, Tourico is predicting to double its business in China for this year, due to increasing product demand.
Currently, Tourico has four regional offices across Asia, including Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, with more than 55 local employees to support clients and suppliers.
Just last year, Tourico’s team in China managed to enlarge its number if clients by doing business with Alitrip, Tongcheng International, Mioji Travel, eLong, Tuniu, Mogutrip, Mafengwo, Lushu Technology, CNBooking, and Caissa.
