A Bright Future for Tourico Holidays
Travel Academy Graduates.
Two Examples of a Career in the Travel Industry.

Orlando, Florida, 12 August 2014 – The first two classes to attend Tourico Holidays Travel Academy already have their degrees in the bag. After 10 intensive weeks of tourism training, every graduate has taken their place within the global travel wholesaler and begun to enjoy the great career opportunities opened up to them through the free training program offered by Tourico Holidays.

“When I arrived at the Travel Academy, I had zero knowledge of the travel industry. After the academy, I was able to go on business trips and contract new clients as if I had been working in the industry for ages”, stated the Italian Dino Cevenini proudly, now Business Development Manager at Tourico Holidays. “I would like to help grow the European market in the best way possible, generating incoming and outgoing revenue through ‘my’ Italian market. It is my aim to become Sales Director in Italy in the near future and eventually the Sales Director for the southern European/Mediterranean region.”

Just like Dino Cevenini, all of the Travel Academy’s other previous 52 graduates have received a position at Tourico Holidays and are working for the company in different roles all over the world.

For Jean Dos Santos, now the Business Development Manager for France and Benelux, the Travel Academy provided the chance to return to his roots. “I wanted to return to what I studied – international tourism. After my studies, I got caught in the Food & Beverage industry for a couple of years, working most recently as a restaurant manager in Orlando for the past 4 years”, said Dos Santos about his previous career. “I’m very excited about my new role within the company. My goals are to help make Tourico Holidays a leader in my market and then work my way up to a higher management position within the EUME region.”

The Travel Academy’s third class is currently in the middle of their training, and the fourth class will begin the second week of October.
